This double-credit core studio course, students were asked to design a student residence, for 500 occupants, on a site located at the corner of Sussex and Spadina over the course of two months. Without impeding the circulation on the ground level, I designed a residence that became an elevated village. It features towers of stacked, single units that are connected by towers of stacked common spaces.
